> MODIFICATION (for new construction): Start with a stock plan that we modify for you.

> CUSTOM (for renovations & new construction): Give us your sketches and inspiration images and we draw your custom house.

> DRAWINGS WITH OR WITHOUT DESIGN HELP: We have flat-fee consults if you need more design help. If you don't, we get straight to drawing what you know you already want and have sketched out at our flat per-square-foot rate.
