Travel within Alabama, Georgia (outside this area), or Florida is subject to an increased investment from $500 to $1000. Furnishings themselves: 10 to 20% of the home’s overall value. For example, expect to pay between $50,000 and $100,000 to furnish a home worth $500,000 if you will shop and design it yourself or with the add of a retail store's complimentary design services. For professional design and the lasting polished results it gets you, increase your anticipated investment by $10,000 to $20,000.
