Robyn Studios is a total-approach project-enhancement firm. We provide feasibility, architecture, interior design, and outdoor design as clarity sessions and drawings. People preparing to buy, sell, lease, renovate, or build homes or commercial spaces for themselves or their clients choose us ahead of making expensive decisions.

Our Team
RYAN THOMAS
Robyn's husband, Ryan, originally joined Robyn Studios in 2019 shortly after they got married. A pandemic and many projects later, Ryan decided to join Robyn full time in 2026.
With over 20 years of experience in logistics and 15 years as a facilities professional, Ryan brings a keen eye for patterns and systems and an expert-level ability to manage operations to the Robyn Studios team.
ROBYN THOMAS
Robyn has been working as a trained designer since 2001 while completing her architectural degree at Auburn University.
In the years since, she has built a collaborative design practice where she oversees and completes work in-house, as well as partners with designers, architects, engineers, and other consultants to serve clients everywhere.
Award-winning builders trust her and her team to join them in serving their clients with timely, well-considered design solutions that last.

SIMONE PAYNE INTERIOR ARCHITECTS
Owner & Founder, Candi Simone Payne, founded her design firm 9 years ago. A graduate of the Georgia State University Interiors Program, Candi Simone is a versatile professional designer.
She specializes in rethinking layouts, designing custom homes, additions, and renovations that maximize what clients already have. Candi Simone calls it seeing beyond walls—finding opportunities in your space that aren’t immediately obvious.
