Robyn Studios does partner with architecture firms internationally as a consulting architect, with the AOR firm carrying out the responsibilities associated with being the architect of record.

In-Person Reviews are $1175*

*In the Atlanta metro area. 
Travel within Alabama, Georgia (outside this area), or Florida is subject to an increased investment from $500 to $1000.

During the session, we:
- Identify pain points that will need special attention.
- Give you suggestions you can implement right away.
- Summarize your next best steps and entire roadmap to get or keep your project going smoothly.

In the follow-up report, we:
- Put the expertise we gave you during the session in writing so that you can easily refer to it.
- Propose 2 starter design solutions or 1 more developed solution for the space you discuss with us. These can be depicted either as inspiration images or an initial diagram. No drawings are provided at this price point but can be ordered starting at an investment of 1500 dollars (for concept drawings).

A project budget consists of more than the construction costs. This list covers some additional items that should be accounted for:
Demolition and proper disposal of items
Contractor’s profit - typically 20% or so
Site development costs
Design, engineering, architecture and other consultants’ fees - at least 8%
Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E)
Administrative costs
Moving and storage costs
Shipping, freight and installation costs
Sales tax
Construction contingency - at least 5%

If you also want interior furnishings, a good set of numbers is:
1. Furnishings themselves: 10 to 20% of the home’s overall value. For example, expect to pay between $50,000 and $100,000 to furnish a home worth $500,000 if you will shop and design it yourself or with the add of a retail store's complimentary design services. For professional design and the lasting polished results it gets you, increase your anticipated investment by $10,000 to $20,000. 2. The “other costs” category, which include freight charges, cleaning costs, installation and sales tax: A typical formula is 15 – 20% of the overall budget for accessories, 8.5% for sales tax and 12 – 15% for freight and delivery.
