> Q: What if I want to cancel? Your satisfaction matters. If you decide the membership isn’t for you, you may cancel within 14 days of joining a Monthly, 3-, or 6-month plan for a full refund. After 14 days, prepaid terms are non-refundable but you’ll continue to enjoy access until your term ends. Month-to-month members can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
> Q: What if I forget to use my spots? The resources and time slots for your membership are reserved regardless of non-usage. Our "no rollovers" policy keeps you moving forward and protects the integrity of the subscription service for all enrollees.
> Q: How do I book my Zooms? You’ll get a private booking link for Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Saturdays.
> Q: What’s a “space”? One room (up to 400 sq ft) or one outdoor zone. Larger/open concepts may count as two.
> Q: What if I need more time per week or month? You have the option to increase your services with a dual subscription. For example, you can double your 3-month subscription and 2x all of the listed benefits. Instead of 2 weekly space email reviews, you would have 4 to use.
