The review is limited to a high-level professional assessment of the submitted drawings and documents as provided by the Client. No field verification, measurements, testing, site visits, or investigation of concealed conditions is performed.

 

This service does not constitute Architect of Record services. The Reviewer does not prepare, revise, seal, or certify drawings, and does not assume responsibility for the overall design, code compliance, coordination, or construction of the project.

 

The review does not represent a comprehensive or exhaustive analysis of the drawings. No representation or warranty is made that all errors, omissions, conflicts, or code issues will be identified.

 

The Client and their retained design professionals, consultants, and contractors remain solely responsible for all design decisions, code compliance, permitting, pricing, scheduling, means and methods of construction, and project execution.

 

All comments, observations, and recommendations provided are advisory only. The Client is responsible for determining whether and how any review comments are incorporated into the project documents.

 

The Reviewer has no authority to direct contractors, consultants, or permitting authorities and does not act as an agent of the Client for any purpose.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Reviewer’s liability arising from this service shall be limited to the fee paid for the review service.

 

The review reflects professional judgment based solely on the documents submitted and applicable standards reasonably known at the time of review. Subsequent changes to drawings, codes, site conditions, pricing, or regulations are outside the scope of this service.

Cancellations by RS: Should your review be cancelled by RS, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations would be due to an unforeseen inability to complete the review.

Cancellations by You: Should you need to cancel your review, RS will maintain a full credit that can be used on your next review.

More Clarity Needed: If you would like more clarity than your review provides, an additional review can be booked with a Second-Review credit of $50 applied.
